OECD: Americans Pay the Highest for Mobile Phone Calls

According to the latest The Communications Outlook report released by the OECD, mobile phone calls cost the highest in the USA followed by Canada and Spain.The lowest prices for mobile phone calls among OECD countries are found in Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
